Kevin is board certified in Internal Medicine, specializing in Gastroenterology. He is also board certified in psychiatry and neurology, and is licensed to practice in Arizona, Arkansas, and Washington State. Kevin graduated from the SUNY Medical School. He interned and did his internal medicine residency at UCLA, and his psychiatry residency at Massachusetts General Hospital. Kevin has extensive clinical, research, and teaching experience, including at St Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix; Washington Hospital Center, DC; Mayo Clinic Scottsdale; UCSF School of Medicine; UC Davis School of Medicine; and Massachusetts General Hospital. Kevin is an Air National Guard and US Navy veteran, having served with various units as flight surgeon, executive officer, chief of aerospace medicine, and hospital commander. He retired from the US Naval Reserves with the rank of Captain (O-6). Kevin also holds a US patent for an esophageal food bolus impaction retriever.

Jim Salas, PhD

Jim holds a PhD in Marketing and MBA from Arizona State University. Jim has more than a decade of experience in corporate sales with some of the largest technology companies in the country. In addition to his work at Endovate, Jim consults in the high technology/software industry and teaches courses in marketing, branding, pricing, sales management and marketing consulting in the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University where he holds the rank of assistant professor. His research is centered on implementing innovation strategies and their implications on the sales force. He presents his work at academic and professional conferences and at multinational corporations.

Mark A. Tribbitt, PhD

Mark holds a PhD in Strategic Management from Drexel University and an MBA from Villanova University. In addition to his work with Endovate, Mark spent 14 years in the financial services industry where he held regional, national, and international management positions within the banking sector. In these roles Mark was responsible for managing over $350B portfolio of institutional money market funds across the US, Europe, and Asia. He also holds the rank of assistant professor teaching courses in strategic management and entrepreneurship in the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University. Mark’s primary research interest deals with the intersection between corporate governance and corporate entrepreneurship. He is a member of several academic associations, and he has presented his work at multiple academic conferences in the United States and around the world.

John D. Washington, BSAE

John is an aerospace engineering graduate of the University of Tennessee. He served six years in the United States Air Force, graduated from USAF Pilot Training at Williams AFB and subsequently worked in night vision and aircrew training research. Since that time John has owned his own composite materials design and manufacturing business. He has built prototypes and production parts for medical applications, automotive uses, and aircraft components, and holds two US patents.
